Bloomfield is a brand design studio based in Brno. We build clear, confident brands — from strategy and naming to visual identity and digital design. We work with ambitious clients, focus on craft, and keep our process straightforward and collaborative. Now we’re looking for a Brand Designer who can push our work further and help shape the next chapter of the studio.

What you'll do

Create and evolve brand identities
Translate strategy into visual concepts
Lead design projects and coordinate with the team
Deliver key visuals across digital and print
Work independently and take ownership of outcomes

What we expect

Solid experience with brand design
Ability to lead projects and guide juniors
Strong portfolio, clear thinking, attention to detail
Adobe CC and Figma
Professional attitude and the ability to finish what you start

Bonus points for 👀

Understanding the basics of 3D
Ability to prepare simple motion or animate key elements
Experience with brand rollout across multiple touchpoints
